Our customers are from Paris. Now in their early fifties, they are increasingly dividing their time between Paris and the Var coast. Already owners in the area, they want to get closer to the sea and are actively looking for a property with walking access to the beach. They are sensitive to architecture and would like to have a minimum of 4 bedrooms. Any finishing work or updating is welcome.
